The reason why I thing very highly of Sony

When many people are buying any kind of television set be it Sony, or at times Panasonic or even products for Life is Good, popularly known as LG.I am a petite person, surrounded by four brothers, so I grew up liking big things, and I always knew what to look for when buying electronics. This is because my big brothers taught me how to shop for electronics and not to be the type of girls who goes for products just because I consider them to be cute. Because of this, I have always like Sony because their customer care is amazing, I cannot complain. When I got my own place, of course my brothers helped me to move in, and I got a flat screen plasma television I was absolutely in love with. There is this one time there was constant power surges thus it did something to the television screen so, I called customer care and told them what happened. They take consumer complaints sony tv very seriously because a technician was sent over and checked out the screen. After they had checked it out, the technician had to make sure what caused the damage, and when he did, he gave the store where I bought it the report. And they replaced the television for me.
