Many companies are at a plateau at certain times of operation and this is one of the worst situations that a company can be in. At this time there is no growth whatsoever and many enterprenuer will contemplate closing the business. This is the time when after going to the drawing board many arrive at different decisions which can be either for the better or worse. Many quit at this time when they should have stuck it out and worked towards arising from the business mud that they are in. When my uncle was faced with this scenario, he asked for advise from a business friend who told him that the business was not growing because he was dealing with too many projects and not focusing on his core ones. This meant therefore that he(my uncle) had no choice but look out for people who would handle the other projects on his behalf. He outsourced call centre services and before long he could not believe the change that his business experienced, there was a tremendous growth.
