Old houses tend to become a fancy in this generation because the architecture and house design used to put it up in turn is no longer used in the present time and they become very rare and are very appealing to the eye. The reason why the design and architectural structure is rare is because the people who designed them are no longer there so due to that, they become very priced and coveted designs. The thing about old houses is even if they are good to look at, if you are planning to get it, then you should know that you will have to do a lot of repairs so that you can make it a safe place to be in. You do not have to take it down, you are just supposed to ensure that you do the rewiring of everything in the house. This is because the wiring that exists can be very dangerous if it is not replaced, it is not even a wiring that can be fixed because the technology that was done at that time does not go hand in hand with the current technology. |

Touvelle State Park is right next to the denman wildlife refuge and is a wonderful place for viewing birds. Everytime you visit this park you are likely to see the hawks that live in the denman wildlife area and soar over the park looking for food. You can sometimes see birds congregate around the various wooden gazebos here as often pools of water collect there.
The Rogue River is next to the park and is a great place to fish for salmon though the current is quite powerful near the park so caution is advised if fly fishing. There's a creek upstream that is a great place to fish for trout though it's catch and release only it would be a good training ground for new fly fishers who need to practice their casting and don't want to fight the current of a river. The wildlife around the park is varied and the most interesting specimens I've seen are river otters which appear to have a nest up Little Butte Creek as I have seen them several times while walking along the river in my fly fishing excursions along the river and the creek. |

If there is no God, then to whom we would sin against? Sin is a transgression of God&rsquos law. So if we deny his existence we can do what we want to do. No more laws that will restrict us. We can enjoy more our life and can have fun all the time. Or are we? Well, we will see what happens. But we cannot take this for granted because we can&rsquot rewind our life. We cannot excuse ourselves and go back to the beginning. What if we will die wallowing in our sin or like what they said that He is coming back in a day or time we least expected. The cctv home security won&rsquot help us. Then everything will turn black and hazy. But when our consciousness get back, it is clear that we are in hell. That scary! But no, this is not true this is pure fiction. But oh, I am reminded of what the scientists in Europe have discovered. It was big news all over and it was highly documented. Was it really hell or some volcanic lake? |

I was running late for my speech class. This subject has to make one third of my total grade. It was one of the major courses that I had to take so that I can take the other courses in the next semester - in other words, this course is a pre-requisite. I had to look for the speech laboratory in the campus. This wasn't a very easy thing to do knowing how big the university was. I looked at my watch and it was already 10 past eleven. I was already 10 minutes late. When I got to the lab, I thought that the teacher gave them pieces to memorize, but when I got inside, they were about to wear the headphones. The teacher called my name and asked me to take my seat and put my headphones on. I sat down and did what he told me to do. The listening activity was about roofing services. The teacher instructed us to get words and group them according to the different vowel sounds. It was an easy activity since I aced the test on transcribing words and group them accordingly to the different sounds. |
