Driving is something i looked forward to in my life and i took up every small opportunity that came my way to learn how to drive even before attaining an age when i could be allowed to drive. This made it easy for me because when i clocked eighteen, i enrolled in a driving school, learned driving rules, did the driving test and passed. Here i was with a license yet i did not own a car. When i eventually got a car i was advised to make other road users that i was a learner driver and so people should understand if i made mistakes. This i did by putting on the front and back mirrors a notice that was written learner. I am now sure that this helps and if you are driving for the first time you should make sure that you have indicated that you are a learner. It will save you headache from hooting drivers who think you are wasting their time on the road while all you are doing is figuring out what to do. |
